As the festive season approaches, we want to inform our valued customers about our upcoming Christmas closure period. Well & Able will be closed from close of business on Friday December 20th and will reopen on Monday January 6th. During this time, our team will be taking a well-deserved break to enjoy Christmas and New Year with family and friends.

Order Deadlines

To ensure that you receive your orders before Christmas, please note the following deadlines:

  • Order and Payment Deadline: Orders must be placed and paid for by December 13th. This ensures that we can process and dispatch your items before the Christmas holidays. Orders placed after this time will still be dispatched until the close of business on Friday, December 20th. However, delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
  • Plan Managers: Keep in mind that plan managers have their own payment cut-off dates for the Christmas period, so it's essential to verify these dates with your own plan manager. Also, please remember that we will not ship any goods until full payment has been received.
