How doI order a free repair kit for my BOA Dial?

BOA products come with a lifetime guarantee. If you encounter any issues with the BOA dial on your footwear, you can request a free repair kit from their website.

To begin the process of obtaining your repair kit, go to the BOA Fit website and click on the Claim free repair kit. During the process, you'll be asked to upload a photo illustrating the problem with your BOA dial. You need to know the brand of your footwear (for instance, Duna) and the location of the BOA dial, so having the shoe on hand is advisable.

Please note that not all footwear with a dial is from the BOA brand; Nimco and Schein utilise different dial brands.
