There are times when you need to save a copy of an invoice for your records or to submit to the NDIS.

You should have received a copy of the invoice when you originally placed the order via email. If you didn’t it is worth checking your Junk Mail on your email application as the email may have gone there. If it has simply add @wellandable.com.au to your Safe Senders list. This is an important step as we use email to send you important updates and tracking numbers when your order is shipped.

To save a copy of an invoice from you account on our website follow these steps.

You need to login to your account on our website. Click on the My Account button on the top righthand side of our website and select Login (down the bottom of the list).

If you cannot remember your login details select Forgot Password or contact us for assistance if required. If your therapist placed the order for you, you will need to contact then to get a copy of your invoice or contact Well & Able.

You will see the following screen:

On the invoice you would like to get a copy of click on Print.

When you are prompted to select a printer, click on the little down arrow after your printer name and change the printer to “Save as PDF”.

The print button is now changed to Save.

Click Save and then you are prompted for a location to save your invoice. Select the location you would like to save it, and then click Save again.

Your invoice is saved.

Note that when you next print you will need to select your printer as your web browser will usually remember your print setting as Save As.
