The delivery timeframes are listed for our suppliers below. These are a guide to the exprected time for the products to be received at our warehouse in Queensland. Each footwear product has this detailed under "Delivery time frame" and other products have this detailed in the text.
Please note there are many factors that are out of our control when it comes to delivery timeframes, including:
The shoe manufacturers have a two week shutdown in the summer for staff to take their summer holidays. This is usually between July and September and varies by supplier.
We try and anticipate these holiday closures and notify you and also place orders for stock around them.
The shoe manufacturers have a two week shutdown over Christmas for staff to have a holiday at this time. This is usually between Christmas and the first week of the new year, similar dates to those we have in Australia, and it depends on the day Christmas falls.

The start of the school year in Europe in September creates demand on the shoe manufacturers that make our shoes. This can create a longer than usual time to receive our orders in Australia.
The time to ship to Australia from our supplier, which is usually around one and a half weeks but it can be up to three weeks at time depending on demand and other factors outside out of our control.
There can also be delays in customs processing in the US, UK, Europe and Australia that can cause delivery issues.
We endeavour to receive and dispatch orders within 24 hours of their arrival at the Well & Able warehouse.
