At Well & Able, we have streamlined the ordering process using your NDIS Plan to make it as simple as possible.

After you’ve selected the products you wish to order and added them to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout. On the checkout page, you will encounter options similar to the image displayed below. Just select how you are managed under the NDIS and provide the necessary information.

Please make sure that the details you provide match your NDIS Plan exactly, as any missing or incorrect information may delay the processing of your order.

Please note:

  • You need to have an account on our website to complete your checkout
  • Once you have submitted the invoice you will receive a copy in your email. If you don't, please check your Junk mail and update your settings for Well & Able if necessary.
  • We dispatch orders or backorder products, if required, once payment has been completed.

Self-Managed

Self-Managed clients have the option to make upfront payments using MasterCard, PayPal, or Visa. Simply choose the suitable option and complete the transaction by entering your card or PayPal details.

Alternatively, you can select the radio button labeled “NDIS - Self Managed” and pay through direct deposit using the bank information provided on the invoice. This method gives you time to submit the invoice to the NDIS, receive the funds in your bank account, and then proceed with the payment.

Plan Managed

If you are Plan Managed, please select the radio button labeled “NDIS - Plan Managed” and fill in the required details:

  • NDIS Plan Managers eMail address
  • NDIS Client Name
  • Date of Birth
  • NDIS Number

We will send the invocie to your Plan Manager for payment.

NDIA Managed

If you are NDIA Managed, please select the radio button labeled "NDIS - NDIA Managed" and fill in the required details:

  • NDIS Client Name
  • Date of Birth
  • NDIS Number

We will process the payment thorugh the NDIS Portal.
